Sang-wook Lee - PhD student (USC, Data Sciences and Operations)

Oh-Ran Kwon - Postdoctoral scholar (USC, Data Sciences and Operations, 2023-present) developing new statistical methods for oceanography as part of a Simons Foundation collaboration, including satellite-based predictive models for the ocean and semi-supervised learning for mixture of experts models. More broadly, she seeks to approach problems from both theoretical and applied perspectives, whether it is tailoring a transformer architecture to a particular manufacturing application or uncovering a novel double descent phenomenon in envelope models.

Farhad De Sousa - PhD student (USC, Applied Math)
